Step 2 - Complete your comparison
You’ll get a fast, no-obligation call from one of our Energy Experts who’ll do your comparison.
Step 3 - Switch to an alternative energy plan
If we find you savings on your bill, we’ll present the available plans for you to choose from. Once you’ve selected a new plan, we’ll be able to switch you on the spot. Then you’re in the draw!

Eligibility and terms for the giveaway
To ensure fairness and compliance, the Zembl Energy Giveaway is open to Australian businesses meeting specific criteria. Here's what you need to know:
Who can enter
The giveaway is open to Australian businesses in NSW, VIC, SA, and south-east QLD that spend $30,000 or less on energy a year, verified by their ABN.
Entry limitations
Each business can enter once (one entry per ABN), ensuring equal opportunity for all participants. This rule allows Zembl to fairly assess all entries without any bias or advantage.
Competition period and selection
The promotion runs from 18 November 2024 to 31 January 2025. Winners are selected by a random draw on 17 February 2025. Zembl will notify winners by email and telephone and publicly announce them on our competition webpage. For full terms and conditions, click here.

1. Promoter: The promoter of the “Zembl Small Business 3 x $5k Energy Giveaway” competition (also called the promotion) is Zembl Pty Ltd (ABN 29 138 847 757) of Level 5, 100 William Street, Sydney 2011. Phone: 1300 957 721.
2. Eligibility: This competition is open to Australian businesses that spend $30,000 (including GST) or less per annum on energy (identified by their ABN) operating within NSW, VIC, SA, QLD (excluding premises in the Ergon distribution zone). Australian businesses operating within ACT, WA, NT, and TAS are excluded from the promotion.
3. Entries: Each entrant will be entitled to a maximum of one entry.
4. Competition period: The promotion period begins at 12:01 AM AEST on 18 November 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 January 2025. Entries received after that time will not be considered.
5. How to enter: For new and existing customers, the entrant must be a business with an ABN and, must complete an obligation-free energy bill comparison and, switch to an alternative energy plan with Zembl during the specified promotion period date and time range, the entrant must remain with the new energy plan provider until the date of draw to qualify.
