We were looking at renewing our electricity contract this year where we were facing costs of 128% increase which wasn’t budgeted within the hotel. Through our new energy contract which we got through Zembl we are saving about $34,000 per year and over the next three years, we’re saving over $100,000. Those types of savings go back into the business ”
